The Cottages of Tucson is searching for a new Dining Services Manager to support and serve our incredible seniors.
- Oversee all aspects of dining services, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness
- Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs and preferences of residents
- Manage inventory and ordering of food and supplies
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Train and supervise dining services staff
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address any concerns or complaints
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate special events and catering services
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in food service management

- Previous experience in a leadership role in the food service industry
- Strong knowledge of coffee, restaurant, and food handling procedures
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to effectively manage shifts and ensure smooth operations
- Experience in food service management, including menu planning, budgeting, and cost control
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Culinary background with knowledge of food production techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
